Pulse until it resembles breadcrumbs.
The dough should come together in the food processor in a kinda scary lump
Bring the mixture together until it forms a smooth dough. Split into two and form into big coin shapes. Cover each in plastic wrap and put 'em in fridge for at least an hour to rest.
Unless your filling is close to ready there's no need to pre-bake this one. Just dump the filling in.
Grease the pie plate!
For extra good, pre-chill your food processor container and blade and the flour and walnuts. You don't want this dough to get warm or the butter melts and blech.
