Mix in blender:

  • 1.4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 cups “milk”
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons vege oil
  • A little vanilla extract

Fry ‘em and eat them

  • They’re crepes, what more instruction do you need here? Just make sure to keep your frying surface around 350 F for best cooking. Heat gun is helpful.

  • I like my crepes on the thicker side. Add a bit more water to make them thinner if you want

  • I never buy milk but fake milks or a mix of cream and water all work well. Watery milks like skim work with these ratios, so you can water down full-fat milks.

  • Fake milks have wildly different sugar contents so some may not be suitable for a breakfast dish you're also probably going to cover with sugar. I try to use as close to zero-sugar milk as possible, and definitely don't add any extra to the batter.

  • You can use melted butter or margarine or coconut oil instead. I use vegetable oil because it's essentially margarine and I don't like the taste of butter.
