Here are some options for good combos. Add salt + pepper as you like. You can eyeball the amount of each without much trouble.
But really you can mix and match all of these pretty easily.
This really needs fresh herbs.
This doesn't need any salt if you salt the pasta, add a bit of the leftover water and are using a cheese.
Keeps pretty well. Great to make a big bowl and keep in fridge for a week of sides and snacks. Be warned that some things like olives / grapes / walnuts can turn the pasta a weird purple color. Still good to eat but can look weird.
