Egg Fried Rice

This is for one person. Scale up to servings needed:

1. Saute in a little butter for a few mins:

  • Whiter half of 1 green onion, chopped

2. Add to the pan and scramble:

  • 1 large egg, beaten

3. Remove the egg from pan and add:

  • Greener half of the green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 small garlic glove, minced

Cook for a few minutes into a nice sauce

4. Add in and warm through:

  • 1 cup cooked rice
