This is for one person. Scale up to servings needed:
1. Saute in a little butter for a few mins:
- Whiter half of 1 green onion, chopped
2. Add to the pan and scramble:
3. Remove the egg from pan and add:
- Greener half of the green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 small garlic glove, minced
Cook for a few minutes into a nice sauce
