- 160 g of flour
- 2 tsps of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Add and mix in dough:
Let this sit covered with damp towel while you prep ingredients. It’s not going to rise, but just to keep it moist and let the dough come together a bit.
- Pizza sauce
- Cheese (maybe I should add amounts in here)
- Whatever, sliced thin (I should add some combos)
Roll out dough into two small round pizza shapes
Two of them should take up most of the area of a sheet pan. Use flour as needed to roll out the dough, and add semolina to both sides of dough.
Put dough on a greased sheet pan
Broil on high until one side is brown, flip, then brown the other side
Cover with sauce and toppings
Back under broiler until cooked
