Orange + Black Bean Dumpling Filling
Combine with some quick pulses in a food processor:
- 100g cabbage
- 150g black beans
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 2 tsp ginger
- 2 tbsp white onion (about 1/4 of a medium onion)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice or white wine (optional)
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Pepper
Notes
- Careful with the liquid. You don't want it too juicy. Drying the cabbage and beans out first is a good way to do it.
