Orange + Black Bean Dumpling Filling

Combine with some quick pulses in a food processor:

  • 100g cabbage
  • 150g black beans
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp white onion (about 1/4 of a medium onion)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice or white wine (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Pepper

Notes

  • Careful with the liquid. You don't want it too juicy. Drying the cabbage and beans out first is a good way to do it.
