Indian Spice Blend

1. Mix ground spices:

  • 2 parts garam masala
  • 3 parts cumin
  • 1 part coriander
  • 1 part tumeric


  • You can also add up to (or more) 1 part cayenne pepper but I leave this out so I'm not locked into a spice level

  • This is good for a quick Indian-flavored dish but don't use it for all your Indian-ish dishes or you'll get bored of it pretty quickly.

  • You can also vary the ratios each time you mix it and see how it changes.
